This past February, Qube Wire’s global team met at The Residency Towers in Chennai for three days of celebration, learning, and planning. This was the 5th Wire Up annual meeting and our most successful yet.

The conference began with a briefing on the business’ performance in the previous year. I was proud to announce that Qube Wire achieved nearly 100% growth from the previous year. Many of our earlier initiatives have now become successful drivers of our current growth. I also recognized Pavithra Pandiarajan, one of our Engineering Leads, as the first recipient of The Dhanya Rajagopalan Award for Excellence in Product Engineering. The team celebrated these achievements with a delicious feast of Indian food, drinks, and music well into the night.

We invited two guest speakers to address our group during the conference. The first, Mr. Pramod Rao, spoke about how he had turned Bangalore airport from a typical travel hub into a destination unto itself. His insights into improving customer experience and community building were well received and considered by our team. The second, Mr. Annadurai, spoke about how he had applied the lesson of continuous improvement to his business. He operates an autorickshaw that he has outfitted with snacks, newspaper, Wifi, and even a laptop. His slavish devotion to customer delight has made his business a huge success and him a celebrity among the local population.

These two speakers addressed the first theme of our meeting, CUSTOMER FIRST. The second theme of our meeting, THINK BIG, was emphasized in our follow-on planning sessions. In the coming year, both exhibitors and distributors can expect several big, new features on Qube Wire. These innovations will make your operations easier and more effective. We also planned to continue aggressively expanding our electronic delivery network into new, underserved markets around the world.

This annual meeting reinforced our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers and to establishing Qube Wire as a leader in the industry. I am already looking forward to Wire Up 2024 and seeing how these plans fuel additional growth.
